Letter from the Administrator

Greetings Everyone. Please allow me to introduce myself as your new Administrator. My name is Frank Bellinger. I’ve been a Skilled Nursing Facility Administrator since the mid 1980’s and I’ve been overseeing facilities in the Las Vegas area since 1997.

I’m very happy to be here at Mountain View Care Center in Boulder City. My car even has Boulder City license plates!

I’m very impressed with the experienced caregivers here and I appreciate the warm welcome from both staff and residents.

I’m as eager as all of you for a return to normalcy this summer so stay tuned as I will keep everyone appraised of any new announcements from the Governor’s Office.

I’m anxious to get to know everyone so please stop by my office anytime to say hello.
